Leaving town for a while
I'm leaving in the wee wee hours Monday for my daughter's house in Germany. I'll be able to log on to SB and check my email now and then, but if you try to call my cell, I just wanted to explain why I might not pick up and pay international roaming charges unless you are very important to me.
We hope to return on Nov. 2, but my son is a United Airlines pilot and we fly standby, so we never know for sure. It can be an adventure. |

Have a good trip Bill.
We just did our Octoberfest party last night with traditional German fare and some Spaten. Good times, though it wasn't very busy. Have fun Jeff Bonisa San Clemente |

Re: Leaving town for a while
Have a safe trip Bill, you and Nancy eat plenty of meat in a country that still remembers that we humans are carnivores.

Re: Leaving town for a while
Thanks for the kind wishes guys. I promise to drink plenty of beer. My daughter's cooking is so good that I will probably need a new wetsuit when I get back.
