Started talking about Jameson and Bushmills in another thread and then someone brings up Guinness(heaven sent)so I started this thread.
Tell us what drinks and cigars you like.Post pics if you can(marcus wont because of CIA operatives)but the rest of you can!
Drink recipes and the aftermath of the party would be cool too!

Re: Spearboard bar

I havent been drinking much because Im trying to lose another 10 pounds.I did have a Bass Ale tonight though
These are my stocked beers.Kirin is for Sushi night.
The Nederburg Pinotage in 2001 is amazing with hints of tobacco and dark chocolate.Get some smoked cheese and a good smoke and you will be in heaven.
The blackberry juice was a gift.Another week in the fridge and the berry taste will be about right.I have to sip every few days to check on the flavor though

Beer and wine guy.....love good IPA''s, and a good Cabernet thick as mud...
Give me tequila in a margarita and I am a complete but harmless moron.....my wife hates when I have tequila, my neighbors see great entertainment in it. Cheers
Can't stand cigars....

There is a South African wine called Longneck with a Giraffe on it.Reasonably priced and pretty heavy.Their Merlot is pretty damn good too without the aftertaste. Most of the time they are under 10 bucks a bottle.Nederburg has some good wine all the way around but when they win awards the price gets jacked up.

South African wines are the bomb - I only drink them and French wines.

As for beers with sushi, try Sapporo - I think it goes much better - a lot "drier" and crisper to complement the sushi. Or Asahi.

Re: Spearboard bar

Not much into beer (I'm a slut), but I like; good vodka-dirty on the rocks, frozen mud slides, Mai Tai's, Pina Colada's, Margarita's and other slutty drinks. Cigar wise, I smoke 1882's in bourbon or honey berry. Cheap and mild.

I just had an opportunity to smoke real Cuban cigars bought in Cuba at their cigar factory. Completely wasted on me. I don't get it. I'd rather smoke my $1.82 for 3 1882's than a $70 cigar personally. I still inhale a bit and the big ass stogies aren't smooth enough to do that with.

I like Sapporo but I have to drive 40 miles to get it.When I do my wine and booze run I get it.There is a liquor store 40 miles south that has a huge wine selection and he has lots of imported stouts besides the hard stuff.Place is a big metal building the size of some grocery stores, great prices and always has jazz playing while you shop.It WAS the last stop for alcohol until our county voted to let booze be sold here.

Cigars International has good deals on cigars. When they have sales I get my sticks for about 2.50 instead of 9-10 bucks a stick from a store.
