Glendo Walleye

Here's a few picks of some Walleye and Crappie we shot at Glendo this weekend for my Birthday present My biggest one to date pushin 5 lbs. which I whacked Sunday am. Viz was 3-6 and temps were 68 to 73 with fish EVERYWHERE!!!! I wrote up a long winded report but it wouldn't publish so now ya'll get the modified one Had a blast!!!
Later,
Chris
By the way, that little Imersion gun I won in Pueblo is cool!! Very easy to maneuver, load, and fire. I shot several of my fish with it but the Mako is still my favorite! Can't wait to get my 55

Nice!

I didn't get out all.

Next weekend is either the mountains or the lake.

If you're up for a road trip and have a dirt bike or four wheeler, I could absolutely guaranty trout measured in feet. Some scrambling and lots of boulder hopping required.

Chris, I'm headed up to your neck of the woods in search of a secret trout spot. hit me up after the Aloha and maybe we can stick some biguns (fish, not wyoming women)

Re: Glendo Walleye

My weekend got stomped by the weather. 70% chance of T-storms in Sheridan = 100% in the mountains. Not good above tree line.

Re: Glendo Walleye

Chris, we tried some altitude freediving, and didn't do too hot. The only trout I got is frying pan sized (if you have a real little frying pan). I saw a total of 2 trout all day, and 2 suckers. I pulled the trigger on one of each, just to see if I could get them. I'm still searching for that super special lake trout venue. Let me know if you find it first, I am pretty good at keeping secrets. by the way, did you make it to pueblo yesterday? how was it?
