Re: The long awaited Beach Access Rules are now up for public comment with two meetin

Whats this for ? to make it easyer for fisherman and divers to get to the ocean. where they want to dive and fish or make it harder to gain access to the ocean? ..Or is this about the beach pass fees that every town Charges different fees ? And can only be used in that town. I am not only a diver but a beach bum I have purchased a beach tag IN one town walked for miles along the coast water line only to be stoped by a law enforcement in a different town and asked to show my beach tag which i did with the date punched out only to be told its no good in this town to be used on the beach and subject to a fine.Good thing i am a good talker also told them i left my wallet in my vehicle guess they did not want to drive me to the next town over.and was told to leave the beach and go back where i purchased the tag.and use there beach only.what ever happened to the ***Public Trust Doctrin??? **** NOT IN NEW JERSEY
