Mako Fiberglass blades

Anybody have experiences with them. Ive already got the foot pockets and am interested in the medium stiff ones, 80cm.

I like them, but have never had any other FG blades, far better than plastic fins. I first got the medium stiffness, thinking I had strong legs and that it would put hair on my chest, but I had to send them back because they were too stiff... the soft ones are great for me.

Re: Mako Fiberglass blades

I'm 5'10", 165lb, and the mediums at 80cm work well for me...I bicycle a lot, so might be a little above average.

I wish the backside of the MAKO FG blades were finished like the topside. The flipside is, it's easy to write your name and email on the backside, and I added the purchase date to record the longevity of the blades.

Good Luck, they are worth the price.

Re: Mako Fiberglass blades

Paul, how did the medium stiffness work for you? I am looking to upgrade from Cressi 3000 and wanted to see how do you like them.
