and the verdict is.........
........... no diving for 7-10 days. double ear infection and sinus infection!! what a great time of year for this to happen!! shoot two for me guys good luck. at least i was able to catch two small bass and lost a bigger one at my feet this morning....

I have a sinus infection as well. I am a hard working white guy so I can't get any help with health coverage so I am just trying to keep my immune system up and hope for the best.

Guys start using a alcohol / white vinegar rinse in your ears when you are done. It drys up the water left in your ear canal and kills the bacteria.

well finally after two weeks i can getback in the water!!! gettin out for fathers day tomorrow morning. then block island on wednesday and thursday!!!

got in at kings beach for the first time on sunday morning....thats a pretty cool spot. it was actually my first time diving newport. saw lots of tog and lots of bass but they were all pretty smallish. conditioning was a little off becuase of the last few weeks without diving so i was a little unhappy with that. got back out in the afternoon down to narragansett and finally found some good fish. lots and lots of bait, and bass smashing through them like a mike laptew video. it was pretty cool to see first hand instead of on tv. ended up with my first bass of the year a nice 17lb. psyched for the island tomorrow ill post up a report when i get back.
