Unknown Bone?

Picked this up in about 80 foot of water. Never seen anything like this before. Can’t tell if it is a claw or tooth one on top of each other. There could have been another larger ‘tooth’ on top of these. The large area is as solid as a rock.

Maybe it is something as common as dirt, but it has me stumped.
Any ideals?

The bone in question is a fish ballast bone or bladder! This is not a fossil but modern.!!!! Glad to be of service! If you would like to learn more about fish bones look up Tilly bones on the internet! Hope this help's and I'm always ready when you spearboard needs me.
