Contour HD video camera. Anyone use it?

I happened to be in one of my local sporting goods stores and came across this little video camera. It is very small, at less than 5oz. It costs about $300 and for $40, you can get a underwater housing that is rated to 10m (33'). And if you want a housing that goes deeper, there is one that is rated to 400', but the setup is about $600 for the camera and housing and is distributed exclusively through Emerald Diving. I am very interested in this camera and would like to know if anyone has tried this camera in a diving setup, either with the less expensive housing or the expensive housing. I would love to see some video. I would like to compare it to the GoPro. I believe the Contour will be very comparable, if not better.

i work at sport chalet and sell both the contour is grainy and does really poor in low light situations. out of all the cameras we sell those get returned the most because they dont have the quality people expect out of them get the gopro

It's the ones the Game Wardens wear on their shoulders in "Wild Justice".
I was thinking about the Contour, since I read that there's a problem with the lens in the GoPro housing that requires some kind of modification.
