Not the best read while I ate my lunch, but interesting.
Two ideas: 1. Order up some blow up otters for the sexually frustrated males 2. Relocate a couple of them bad boys to La Jolla, Childrens Pool to be specific. |

That otter raise some hackles...the Elkhorn is one of the areas where toxins wash down from farms and create the algae mixes that scramble sealife brainwaves...just think coked up otter with Charlie Sheen's brainwaves....
