Fifteen Fish Day @ Channel Islands/ Friday
The charter boats landed 9 and several private boats landed wsb also...a commercial diver friend had 2 from Yellowbanks....looks like they are spread out over a wide range...looking good! Catalina squid has disappeared..with wind recently, not much action...should break open in the next 2 weeks..San Clemente Island ..between closures and windy conditions, no one going out to test the waters..despite numerous private boats out hunting for the school of 75 pounders on the O.C. coast, no one has hooked up with the school yet..Update: Sunday...19 wsb landed on the island charter boats...unknown how many private boaters hooked up..
