I love how she talked about how scared the seals were when there were like 80 of them sleeping with a bunch of people at arm's reach...
Honestly though she sounds insane, she's like a vegan glenn beck crossed with a non-funny lewis black. I think her audience is already vegan and crazy, so the good news is she's probably not reaching any new people. |

the good thing about a report like this is that CNN does respond to feedback...if enough people write to them that this was a bogus story and make clear pointed comments they might do a counter piece..
it is frustrating that some asshat like her gets any TV time without a single fact to support her hot air |

Ya i'm sort of surprised they let that anchor woman on CNN.. Her and Nancy Grace are such TMZ style "journalists" (loose term) that they take credibility away from the channel as a whole.

I have no idea if its gonna mean for anything, but this is what I wrote as feedback...
"Although I understand that Jane Velez-Mitchell's show is editorial in nature, I would appreciate more substance to butress her outbursts. One interview heavily weighted to one side does more to discredit Ms Mitchell than to illuminate the topic at hand. Please give us viewers more meat to chew on and more credit than what Mitchell affords to us; we are not 3rd-graders that can be screamed into conformity with her impulsive predilections . The La Jolla seal situation at Childrens' Pool is a complicated issue that cannot be covered in a 4min lecture from an ill informed, one-sided, out-of-touch, ratings monger. Have a wonderful day."
