I don't agree with the whole carbon credit program but i do believe that the removal of invasive species should be a priority. Of course, once a government is involved, all reason is out the window!

When do you suppose the US will enact the same sensible program for wild horses?

The situations are virtually identical. But now instead of hiring sharpshooters, the BLM spends about $75 million (increasing about 30% per annum) every year to "manage" wild horses.
