It sucks when a snapper is your biggest fish. It's great when it's 70 pounds. Nice shooting.

Nice shooting !!!

What was your horz. vis like? Approx. depths you guys dove. Went sunday with Doublegun and the vis out of JP in 50'-70' was about 15'-20'. At 40' they had about 30'-35'. Fish were on the a little over keeper size.

Cubera the Story

We left Gulf Harbor's at 8Am Sunday. The first drop was in
60' on a small ledge.Temp.79 vis 40'
Doctor Grouper and I got 6 Grouper 3 Hogs and a few Go's.
I lost one big AJ one shaft and a flashligth. My good friend
Dr.Grouper recovert all the lost Items.
The 2nd dive was a wreck, but a 6pack boat beat us to it.
The Capt.told us he would be gone in two Hrs.We drop
on a few ledges close by and limited out on grouper got more
snapper's and a few ARS.
All we needed was three AJ.We went back to the Wreck.
The same Boat was still on the spot. The Capt.told us to go ahead
and dive.Dr.Grouper went freediving for the AJ's and Wet Vet
put on a tank to check out the Wreck. We got our AJ's very
quickly.25-34lb.Vis on the wreck was 30' and the temp 80 deg.
Wet Vet shot the Cubera in the wreck, very stupid fish since
Wet Vet can't hit the broad side of a barn.
