Can anyone help me get through to someone in charge of advertising with Spearboard? I've made several attempts and have not gotten a response.

Yeah, send him (SpearMax) a PM. You can click "Private MEssages" up at the very top right of any page (right under your username), and compose a new PM to him.
He replies daily in my experience. |
