2 Years to Late?????
This is either a proclamation or an admission of guilt, you tell me. Either way we could have used it two years ago when it really mattered......

We knew they knew... they just have to act b/c Magnusen-Stevens mandates action even when there is no data to prove if the new mandates are appropriate.
We can hate NOAA and SAFMC all we want, Madnusen-Stevens is what holds their hand to the fire.

No doubt but why would you preach one way and vote another???? Even spite his claims he was still one the votes to close it down. Every one calls them NOAA's Puppets......Im starting to agree. If they are all like this, how could we ever expect change????
