Cup-Half-Full MLPA Map?
Is there one yet?
By this I mean a map where it shows where we (Spearos hunting finfish) ARE allowed to hunt? I have been trying to decipher these maps and coordinates and I think it would be much easier to know where we ARE allowed to be rather than not. p.s. I know that the "cup half full" analogy was probably not the best considering there is almost zero positives to this policy, but I was just trying to convey the point. My apologies if you find it offensive. Xavier
