It is great to see Dr Paul doing what he swore to do, while campaining for the presidency. Bravo Dr. Paul.

Also here in El Paso County, Colorado they have passed a resolution nullifying the NDAA entirely due to it being unconstitutional. I am glad I live in El Paso county and applaud the people that had the guts to stand up for liberty and freedom for Americans. I hope there are many others that follow.

He his trying to get a bill passed that will allow states to override federal regulations under the grounds of them being un constitutional.

He is proposing a bill to appeal indefinite detention provision. This is why RP doesnt get much support on his bills. Because he has to get a bunch of political idiots to back up whats right. We'll see how this turns out. kudos to RP.

He most likely will not get the nomination for the big ticket. But with that said, I have immense respect for his stance in working to restrict the federal governments' unrelenting push to remove all our civil liberties set forth in the constitution.

In reality, Ron paul may be far more effective as a congressman than he might as a POTUS. I for one would like to see his positions gain more support in the house and senate, where it matters most.

I think the presidency matters more. Especially since the accumulation of power that office has garnered in the past decade. With him as POTUS, an unconstitutional bill would never pass. Veto power, baby! No Patriot act extension/NDAA bs.
