There is a JBL sawed-off special two band gun (not mine) for sale in SE. He wants $65 for it. I don't know condition, I didn't see it. Just saw some posts about guns and thought some people might be looking. Decent starter gun.

I bought it from him on thursday. Its a sawed off magnum. Needs new bands, but everything else looked great. Where do you guys get your bands from? I have tried 2 shops in Salem and they don't have much in stock as replacement bands go.

I put a wanted add out and got a reply from another guy. It was a woody magnum with a reel. Looks like a really nice gun. He wants $200.

I usually shop ebay for my bands. I just look for something with free shipping. They are typically $12-13 which is comparable to what dive shops ask for. Plus you don't the get the hassled by the site-seeing scuba crowd (yes, I've had this problem in Portland). Close to Mollala you might try Scuba RX. It's located just off 205 in Gladstone.

Hey Mike,
Not sure it's worth your while to drive over but I have a length of rubber band that I'll never use all of. You're welcome to a piece of it. $200 seems steep to me for a used gun too btw.
