Tip clarification

Not trying to start trouble, but I see alot of people saying "Tahitian" style has a single flopper. Is it just me, or is a Hawaiian a single flopper, and a Tahitian No Flopper? Some input would be helpful just so that that those of us that may be easily confused can get it straight.

Now, I'm confused. RA prides itself in exclusively using tahitian shafts, and the flopper is on the bottom Is it a regional semantic thing? Maybe we should ask some Tahitians and Hawaiians
