Cape Lookout Rock Jetty

I am going to be in North Carolina next week and I was wondering if anyone had any information on spearfishing at the rock jetty on the southern side of Cape lookout. I have heard that high tide is the best time to go but does anyone know what the best wind directions are? thanks

Re: Cape Lookout Rock Jetty

Just going from location, I'd say a S or SE wind would give the best vis.
