Anna Maria Report for Sat. 3/26
Headed 20 miles out of Anna Maria Island on Saturday. Did two drops in 90fsw and the visibility was really good! Probably 50 or 60ft of vis. in 90fsw and nice blue water. Temp. was 63 degrees on the bottom. We definitely picked the right day to dive, since the weather turned ugly on Sunday. Saturday was sunny and the seas were 1-2ft. Saw lots of spiny lobsters on the reef. Wish I could show you fish pics, but didn't have a camera.

Glad you made it out and it sounds like you had a good day. Did you grab any lobsters? It was your last chance before closure. I thought that it would of been rough out there.
Any Kingfish???? |

This is capt. Bill with the best spiny of the day. Didn't weigh it, but the tail fed 3 people that night! Great day on the water!!
