New Bahamas Video-Paradise Found!
I finally found some time to finish the bahamas video I've been working on for months. I took the trip with Cameron back over the summer and it was incredible! Perfect weather, clean water, and big fish! Everyone had a great time and I cant wait to go again next year.Cameron and I both did the filming for this, and I did the editing. Most of the bad ass underwater clips are his while I took over the topside and some underwater filming. This video was a lot of fun to edit and I hope you enjoy it too!
Paradise Found-Spearfishing Bahamas 2013 - YouTube **EDIT** Youtube blocked my video from mobile devices because of the song. This is nothing new but I disputed it and usually they let it play everywhere but I guess it didnt work this time so unfortunately you'll have to view this on a computer. Some ipads can view it if you access youtube through the desktop view rather than the youtube app or mobile version.

Re: New Bahamas Video-Paradise Found!
Wicked!!! Question though. Could one use regular notched shafts in a Hawaiian sling?

Re: New Bahamas Video-Paradise Found!
Technically yes you could. The reason most people don't is because a notched shaft is going to be more expensive and losing sling shafts is pretty much guaranteed on a trip. Also, sling shafts are intended to be very heavy in order to make it harder for a fish to swim off with it. And sling shafts typically have a much shorter flopper that is set closer towards the spear tip than a notched speargun shaft because the sling shaft is travelling at a much slower speed and you want the shaft to stick even if it doesnt go in very far

Re: New Bahamas Video-Paradise Found!
Yes sir that was the trip! He literally shot it on his last dive, we ran the boat in and dropped him off at the dock, weighed his fish, he hopped in a cab and was off to the airport haha
