Up north this weekend?

I'm going back for more on saturday, probably just a daytrip. I've got 1-3 seats and one kayak slot available if anyone wants to carpool and split logistical expenses. Can also bring my tandem again too.

I don't really have a strong preference where to go, I have a few spots I like, but it seems like the rest of you have productive holes too.

Sat And Sun
Se winds 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 1 to 3 ft. W swell 3 to 6 ft. Slight chance of showers.

Can't really ask for better conditions this time of year. Vis is up to 6-8ft (from 4-6), with calm seas for the rest of the week the vis should only improve.

I got a buddy in San Jose who super interested in learning the ropes. I've sent him an email with this link. Hope you can put him on some nice lingasaurs and hubcap abs.

Cool. Vis is 8-10 today, so hopefully it'll be epic by this weekend - no wind or swell to mess it up.

Re: Up north this weekend?

i'll most likely be going to stillwater and sticking to the north side (i don't have a 'yak so i have to go to fairly easy in/out spots and i'm not big on swimming around like a lure in gw territory) i have a green and black esclapez wetsuit.
