Hello from San Diego

Hello, everyone I am new to the San Diego area and new to spear fishing. I decided to take a spaer gun I've had for years but nevr used that much with me on a 140ft wreck dive and I got a huge Lingcod and a nice Rock fish. I am hooked now! I would like to go after some Halibut does anyone know a good shore diving spot aroun San Diego for halibut?

Thanks, Steve

Hi taco hunter.
I live in Point Loma and go out all the time. If you go out just north of the Scrips Pier, there are some nice halibut.
