screw friday, anyone heading out today?
I was originally gonna go out friday, but the weather is just too nice today and friday has that chance of rain, so i think im gonna head on down today. CDIP says surf is gonna be like 4-5ft. How does it look in laguna though?

Re: screw friday, anyone heading out today?
I was in last night at Brooks street, pretty good swell. A good set came in every 10-15mins with that 4-5 you mentioned. Max visibility was 8ft but mostly about 5ft. felt great to get in and did see a halibut and small WSB but no shots fired. I got in just south of the reef B/c seemed to be smaller sets behind the reef but if timed wrong would have gotten nailed. fortunately I timed it right for the first time of my life. Stunning calm wind and sunset though made up for crappy visibility. If you're a surfer you might be better off doing that today.
I'm headed for San O with board instead of gun. |

Mike,
Yesterday I didn t want to go alone, the water looked like calm but milky, I have to post some letters in town today. You 'll have a report on your PM in about 1 hour. See you this afternoon |
