deep stories

Any one ever hear of a sub wreck just outside the bay?

I guy was trying to say that he was diving the mouth of the bay and found a submarine wreck. when he came up the coast gaurd was there telling him he had to leave the area. His story does not seem to have much truth, but I am always willing to check.

Sounds a little tall to me.

So tall that it would reach the top of this pole.

Re: deep stories

it is not a sub. it is a super secret alien wreck that captured an aircraft carrier from the 40's that was never heard from again. Oh yea it has permit on it.

Indeed, though not from a reliable source. A buddy of mine gave me a copy of "Tampa Triangle: Dead Zone" a while back. One of the stories is about a mystery German U-boat off of Tampa Bay.
The one the diver is most likely referring to is also in this book. U-166 was first reported in the early '70's. It is supposedly in 20-25 feet of water off of Egmont key. But, it's all part of a government coverup, so they've denied the existence of this sub.
The book also talks about the blonde Skyway hitchiker ghost, so it must be true.

Re: deep stories

I guess I will have to hook up and tow The Three Angles to another new secret location. Maybe between Howard Franklin and Gandy.
