Virginia regs on lobster?? trigger, grouper??
Reading the Virginia saltwater regs and had a few questions.
Didnt' see lobster mentioned anywhere. What about size, season and limits? triggers are not mentioned in the regs? Does any reg apply? I assume grouper and snapper are not found that far North as there is no mention of them in the regs. |

Go to Spearfishing Regulations on Spearboard, then the DNR link Sticky , then Va.link , then type in lobster in the search blank.

As far as VA saltwater fishing regs, here is the VA Marine Resource link:

Lobster is under federal regulations. It's 2 per person and it's illegal to spear them.
