Lanyards for guns
I am considering diving on some walls where if i drop my gun it will be gone forever. What is the best way, if any, to attach a gun to yourself that i easily releaseable should a ride go bad?

Try attaching any quality lanyard to the gun. On your BC, attach a light weight zip-tie. Clip the lanyard to this zip-tie and it should break given sufficient force. I would test it out first to make sure it breaks at the point you feel is necessary. Good luck.

Consider a riding rig arrangement in combination with a tethered gun.
