took advantage of the 6+' viz we had at the jetties and put some sheeps in the box...

One of my buddies hadn't shot a sheephead...I kept telling him he would...shoots a 10+lber...

Another buddy of mine had never even heard of spearfishing. I was surprise to look up and he had swam to the jetty w/ no fins/gloves/ just swimming trunks and was watching. I gave him a quick briefing and handed him the gun...didn't take long and he had a spade on the shaft....he then followed that up w/ several more sheeps...I think he's hooked now.

the rest of us hung out on the boat and had a big time killin beers and actin a fool...

thats what its all about.

Damn dude, y'all are lucky homeland security didn't bust you with the towel-head pic!

Looks like a fun day out at the jetties! Even though it was flat there was enough groundswell to make the washouts fun. So what's all this about wilmington this weekend? You know I'm down for the cause, man.

El Cid, missed ur call last night, will give you a ring today...its still up in the air as it was either ft lauderdale or Wilmington this weekend. Can't get the scratch or the people to go down south so north might be a go...have to house hunt on Sunday so I'm gonna make some calls up that way to get a viz report so we dont drive 3 hours for nothing.

nice going bro, that looks like soooo much fun. I started out spearin on the jetty's hitting moonfish(lookdowns) and sheepsheads .. a great way to introduce newbies to the sport. Man I hate Tallahassee ...
