Up the coast without a paddle
I'm on my way up to Wilmington this Sunday and will be up there through thursday or so next week interviewing for what will hopefully be my job for the next 30 years.
A big part of my wanting to move to Wilmington is the diving, fishing, and hunting. I know there is only a number of guys in the area that dive but I'd like to catch up with some of you while I'm in town and maybe get a dive in while I'm there if anyone is keen. IF anyone is around and wants to meet up and have a beer or shoot the shit just let me know. Looking forward to some big hogs and bull sharks.

You'll love wilmington, assuming you mean Wilmington NC, it's a great town with tons of beautiful ladies. If I ever leave fl I wanna go back there.
Good luck with your job interview

Re: Up the coast without a paddle
Cam-
Give me a ring, I just moved 3 hrs away from there not long ago, but all of my old buddies are still around. Nearly all free time is spent surfing, spearing, fishing, hunting etc...there are about 6-8 of us that are pretty heavy into it. I'll get some #'s for you. I will be in the mtns this weekend and one of the guys is in Hawaii until this Sat/Sun, but a few of the guys will be around. How long will you be in town? Also Call Mark L he said something about being in ILM soon, as Lydia's family lives there. Re: Up the coast without a paddle
Went well but I'd much rather be on the East coast. something about Southern Women on the beach. Surfing, diving, fishing, Bluefin tuna, being able to gill net Speckled Trout, etc

Cameron
Hope things work out for you. You'll like this area. Give me a call, I may be going mid-week depending on the weather. Tom

Re: Up the coast without a paddle
Whatsup Cam-
Matt's right about word of our fertile crescent getting out! Just kidding, we need a stronger freedive contingent in the area, and there's no question about the waves and women. I'll be around Friday and Sat if you want to get a beer. Looks like the weather will be dive prohibitive though. Ryan 910/515-5995

Re: Up the coast without a paddle
Ryan-
We might have to hold some sort of tryouts...you know, just to make sure ; but I think he might make a bit of a contribution to the overall WB team for the A.Safaris Tourney. I'm tired of catching flack from the VB boys. On a side note, you might have to keep DJ in a cage...he will most certainly kill himself trying to keep up w/ Cam. I will personally sponsor Brando's tix to get out here in June, maybe Cam can pressure Blake into leaving his law books behind, you know Mark and his crew will be down in full force....June's event could be a blast !Head |
