Camo finish on OMER Carbon

A couple of weeks ago I posted a couple of guns for sale, one of which was an OMER carbonium 75 that had been wet once. A fellow SB member took me up on the offer and that of a free custom epoxy camo finish. I finished the camo last night and I figured I would post a few pics of it so he could see it before it shipped. Hope you enjoy it Jim!

Thats really cool. I like that it takes a production gun and makes it custom.

Dave-

I'll send you the pics tonight...the MB turned out great! The line release was perfect. I owe any accolades for the camo to you. Thanks for the tips. As for the shaft guide...I removed the barrel completely, camo'ed it, then reassembled it.

All I can see is a handle...maybe a spear. Are you sure you put the right picture in?

It loks like a resin swirl that is popular on surfboards. Beautiful work. I like how you practiced on some else's gun. Looks sick!

Re: Camo finish on OMER Carbon

That's where I got the idea, I did a resin tint on a few boards a couple of years back. The experimentation began long before this gun...started on some pvc pipe, then one of my old guns, a beater gun from a friend, a few more friends guns, then another of my guns, then this gun. We have it pretty dialed now.
