Here are a couple of pictures from the tournament.
1st is me with an 11.8 mangrove, 15 red and 15.5 that I thought was a mangrove but turned into a dog snapper in the boat.
2nd is of Bill with a 53 wahoo.

Re: 2007 Hell Diver Results

Here are some pics from the Texas Shooters team. We had two boats enter this year. One Texas boat, Team Tailgunner, fished out of Venice. They shot some nice fish, but none stayed on the board. Our group went about 120 miles out of Sabine pass in Aaron Pike's homemade 30' Aluminum cat on Thursday am and hunted along the continental shelf all day Thursday and Friday, returning to San Luis Pass late Friday night. Saturday we cleaned fish and slept. We got up early Sunday morning and drove to the weigh in with the 3 fish we thought might make the board. I've attached pictures of Eric Pratka with his 64lb Warsay and Aaron Pike with his 46lb black drum. Aaron also shot the 3d place Warsaw which weighed 44lbs. We had a great time meeting all of you guys at the party, and we'll definitely be back next year. Hopefully, we'll get more boats from Texas to participate. I hope you Louisiana boys will hunt in some of our tournaments too. They aren't as big as the HD Rodeo yet, but they are a good time.

Come on Louis, Someone on your boat shot a nice ARS on Friday. That should have made a nice picture!
Still waiting for the finish results to be posted!

Re: 2007 Hell Diver Results

Still looked like a nice fish to us FL boys. Was hoping it would lay down Sat. like they said it was suppose to so we could get our broken boat out there a little deeper! I think those seas cracked everything possible on Fri.!! When are we gonna catch a break on tournament weather??????

Holy Smokes - those are awesome pics!

I've fished from a boat on those Gulf rigs and at the Lump - but to dive out there - wow!
