Happy "Butts"Giving!
Got to dive today with my friend FJHII, and met two other spearos, Ralphthehalibut, and Craig Peterson. Great meeting you guys today. We were greeted to beautiful conditions as we entered the water. Conditions were awesome! Nailed my first hali! This guy wasn't extremely long but was VERY thick. Right around 20#. Happy thanksgiving everyone.

The downside of buddy diving - sometimes the guys you go diving with shoot bigger fish thant you do!!!
Hell of a nice fish. Even nicer to meet you and Craig today. Flatties that size are hard to come by freediving - getting one that big as your first is truly special. Epic even. You are STOKED. Did your dad take one look at it and decide to get back into spearing? |

Lets dive again soon guys. I think John is my good luck charm because when I dive with him I get good fish. I got my first WSB with him and my first Halibut today diving with him.
Dave- My dad said nice fish and took some more pictures and said you can clean it in the front yard. haha Chris- Actually all the bugs were Dave's. Me and John didn't have a chance on them today. Thanks for all the comments guys. |
