The ruler is stuck to the cooler aboard the boat, and it read 28" to the tip of the tail

Come to think of it - i need to borrow that ruler to measure something else next time i'm onboard

Re: Summer in December aboard Hypnautical Charter

Looks like you guys had a great trip.

Hope the weather holds and the Hogs stick around. If I see that blacks twin tommorow, I'm shootin' it. That looks like a very tasty fish.

Re: Summer in December aboard Hypnautical Charter

thanks for the props as always todd. Where is mondays pic of the hogs and triggers ... anyway doesn't matter. For the record, that is a 28" black for anyone who has doubts. I measured the damn fish after he did.

nice fish todd....and lisa

You know what they say, Jeff: It's not the size of your gun, it's how you use it.

UPDATE** Wow!! I just went back to page one of this thread to continue reading and saw that Todd said the exact same thing!! Hmmm.... That's got to mean SOMETHING in the celestial planes of the universe! ha!

Also, maybe Jeff is right??? Do bigger guns mean bigger fish? If so, I DEFINITELY need a bigger gun

I'm sorry I said anything, sometimes I tend to be an opinionated sumbitch.

please do keep up the good work. nothing personal, not trying to offend anyone, just being straight up.

peace out.

Re: Summer in December aboard Hypnautical Charter

Awesome weather means no wind on your cigar and the bikinis come back out. Capt'n John was good enough to take it slow on the trip back so we could enjoy a cold brew and cigar while we caught the sunset.

Sure beats the hell outta shovellin snow in December

Hands down the best spearfishing charter in Palm Beach!!! Seriously, if you have never gone out on this boat, you need to make it a priority.

Re: Summer in December aboard Hypnautical Charter

Nice Hog. Those of you poor souls that did not shoot anything this weekend I feel for you.
What a great saturday everybody had a blast on The Hideaway. I wish we had the vis you guys down south have but we have alot of fish up here. So I guess it is kind of give one for the other type thing. 28lb gag and 15lb red Snapper yesterday. Hopefully the guy with the camera will get me those pics as promised.
Water 69.7 deg 25 ft vis on the bottom. Green water. Love that blue in Palm Beach.
