Quick Refugio Report 1-18-07

Not much to say really. Jumped in at Refugio w/ J-Rat about 3:30 this afternoon. Started to the north and swam south to the kelp bed in front of the main parking lot.

Viz: Hazy 8-10'
Temp: COLD
Fish: none, completely dead except for a small school of jacksmelt circling just before sundown.

At least we got in the water though
