New gun photos
Here are some shots of a gun I just made. 62" of freeshafting fun. Made of laminated mahagony

I am eternally envious of those who can work with wood like that. One day I plan to make an attempt myself. Pretty work.

Gorgeous. Why did you choose mahogany over teak? Just curiuos, I have a home-made teak gun 59". It's old and I was thinking of making another body for it.

I choose mohagony because it is much cheaper for me. And since I am still experimenting price is important. The muzzle is like the commercial in the fact that it can be loaded from the back.

It is just negative with two shafts and positive with one. There is more wood in this gun for extra bouyancy. The extra mass also makes it shoot very smooth with less recoil.
