North County Dive Report 3-11, tabletops
Decided it was high time to get wet and shoot at something so I went out at around 1:30 today. Water was about 60 and vis was around 10-12. The surge picked up after about 30 minutes in, and the vis dropped to hell. Unfortunately the fish seem to have followed it. Surf also picked up to about head high, so it made for a fun swim in. Got a nice sheepshead though, dinner was secured=sucessfull dive. Fish are starting to appear, WINTERS OVER!

your report sounds just like my day in carlsbad at around 4:30 pm today. i didn't get a sheepshead, but i got a bug. i saw some croaker, but visibility got worse toward the end of the dive. good job out there.
