Couplers (hose)

Anyone know where I can get a male an female coupler for a hose connection that is "scuba" quality? Please help an idiot. I need 1/4 in.
just in case your wondering, got an air horn that is for a Scubapro and need one for a sherwood / mares. Need to change the couplers.

1/4 inch quick release with 3/8" thread, both male and female ends.
mares lp hose has a quick release coupler that connects to bc. Need one of these and the same size male end that goes into it.
