Early model slip-tip ?
This was unearthed near the water when they were building my house on Baillies Bluff. Have since dug up 5 more of varying sizes and shapes. Perhaps from an early spearfisherman:

Maybe they are paleo-powerheads? Look for the decomposed carcasses of the once plentiful "wooly-hogfish" or the "tyranasnapper-rex" nearby! Cool find!!
