anyone have a recipe for chum balls

i was wondering if anyone had a ny recipes for chumballs

or is this one of the everyone has their own secrets

1 Cup of oatmeal, block of thawed chum, and 2 cups of sand.

half a bucket of beach sand and a block of chum can also add some oat meal if you liker
