the best first northeast gun- anyone shoot a RA dbl vecta?
I ordered a rob alllen dbl vecta 80, i thought this would have the power with two bands when vis is good and still work in low vis, is 90 or 100 better, how about the hybrid mid handles, any under three bills.. appreciate the input, i may return the rob allen and order another gun if it is not gonna take out a big bass, i got stock 5/16 bands but it will take 3/4, anyone shoot this gun?

The RA Tuna is a great gun. It's got a lot of power with the 2 bands, and that thicker shaft will stand up to a lot. i say try it out and see how it works.

I've got a 70 cm RA for poor vis days, and the only thing I had to change was to add a second wrap. I shoot gag grouper with it (5-15 pounds) and it gets the job done.
