Obama plans to keep estate tax
Whether or not you agree with keeping tax at the current level, the article provides a nice history of the repeal movement, how the super rich threw small business overboard, etc.

It actually increased this year, was 2 million and now is 3.5 million. For an estate it translates to a savings of $700,000.
