Fun at the skyway

Last night my girlfriend and I went to the skyway pier where we ended up seeing a pack of atleast 50 cow-nosed rays. So,I decided to throw my net on them and BAM I felt my net get heavy.

Ive heard how much they taste like scallops so I cut the wings off and put them in the cooler. The next day I prepared the stingray by pushing a Pvc pipe in the wing to form a circle, then cutting along the edges.

(And Ive got a good girl who is always willing to help me )

Stingray Scallops

Frying the stingray in butter, tarragon and paprika

then time to eat!

They did not really taste like scallops but they were decent kinda weird but decent. I will try to catch another and try another recipe.
