If I am placed on the "no fly" list, I wont fly..... I highly doubt that any Terrorist worth their salt would waste their time anymore planning something on an airliner anyway....

He wants to take away a Constitutional right from someone who, as he says, "maybe a possible terrorist". I know a guy that is on the no-fly list cause is civil engineer and was doing work at an explosive plant. And there ended up being explosive dust on his cloths. He can still fly but it normal takes him a few extra hours everytime he flys to go thru security. His family even get a hassle when they fly.

It's a tough call in my book.... If they DONT do that, and some guy who is not known to be a terrorist, but knows terrorists, and blows up a plane, everyone would scream "how could you let that guy get on a plane"...
Geraldo is back on my shit list for just this reason.... He was on the other day saying how all of the customers on the Hudson river airliner should get millions in tort suits...

This lawsuit BS is what is driving most if not all of the ridiculous practices in this country.. It has ruined my field... I tell Pt's all the time when they ask why "because we are no longer practicing medicine, we are practicing liability prevention"...

Geraldo has made a career of encouraging dumb people to believe they had an entitlement to something...anything...as long as it came from somebody who had worked for it.
As for Rahm Emmanuel...he is an extreme left-wing "gun-grabber"of the first order. He's for ANY program that has the possibility of infringing on your Second Amendment rights.
I've wondered if he spouted his "disarm the people" crap while he was serving in Israel...???
