Some dumb person does something like this to reaffirm that maybe you are having a better day than you think.

That would suck, there is a part of me that thinks that can not be an accident every time I see things like that.

Working at the fire dept, I have seen this quite often, we have several boat ramps in our area. Idiots. Yes some do pop out of gear and roll back, but most drive it right into the water. I saw a guy back his new Ford diesel pick up all 4 wheels in, bed awash, exhaust bubbling, to float a Gheenoe into the bed of his truck-in saltwater. If he would have asked, I am sure he and I could have lifted it into it. Idiots! Last one I ran on was a Jeep Cherokee, guy was picking up a jet ski, and apparently ran full blast back-bystanders said he never slowed down, until it was completely under water. I asked him to get his paperwork out, so he could call insurance, he said he just cancelled his full coverage insurance the week before. It was a fairly new one too.

This is a weekly occurrence at the boat ramp I use, I've even seen multiple trucks/trailers submerged at the same time.

Saw the same thing at a park with two ramps and on the other one the guy drives his boat onto trailer and is 1ft away from bowstop but decides to try again.
 backs up, guns it and runs boat into tailgate!! Both ramps blocked!
