New To Powerheads

I've just bought my first powerhead and got a question about shells.
1- whats the best sealer for the case
2- what parts do you seal (cap, jacket,or both)
3- can you reuse the shells that you dont use on a dive or do you discard them

I don't know whats the best sealer but I use the clear nail polish this stuff is a super fast dry the girls use it for french nails. . It being clear lets you see if the shell has been contaminated. Its thin so I get no jambs with the shells.
I only use the shells for 2 maybe 3 trips then they are bait .
Seal the primers and the bullet to case too I like 2 coats.
This has worked flawless for some time now on my .357 and my .223 P.H. .

Ditto to the above.... we have found that the military .223 round seems to be the best (most dependable). I think it is double crimped and sealed at the factory too.
