heres one ...

baked gindai .... a hawaiian bottom fish. its a kind of snapper. my buddy brought it back near during the holidays. the fish was so so.

Macadamia/panko/coconut encrusted Halibut lightly fried in avocado oil with a light fresh mango cream sauce, grilled asparagus, and roasted rosemary red potatoes...

Abalone Risotto and a bottle of Gold Hill Chardonnay

Abalone meatballs w/red sauce and a bottle of Herringer Petit Sirah

Abalone burger patties (don't remember which bottle we corked that night)

Abalone meatballs (again) on a bed of linguine w/homemade tomato reduction,
bruschetta w/basil sun-dried tomatos and parmesian

Abalone tacos

Plain old abalone done "Camping Style" (egg flour breadcrumbs & fried in butttahhh)
