5/16 flopper shaft
Anyone know of someone who makes a 5/16 flopper shaft for a riffe style mechanism?

Re: 5/16 flopper shaft
I know I'm stating the obvious, but how about Riffe?
![]() This guy make nice shafts, but I think he has a 2 piece minimum order on customs: http://www.spearcrafters.com/index.html

Re: 5/16 flopper shaft
Yeah I saw riffe had them in their catalog they just weren't for sale at my dive shop or any website I could find, guess I'll go with Ray Odor.

Re: 5/16 flopper shaft
Ray makes great shafts at a great price, but the last two batches I have got from him needed some minor modifications to get them to lock into the trigger mech. Only a bench grinder was needed to make the mods though.

Re: 5/16 flopper shaft
Let's see.......Mori, Wong, Riffe, Ray Odor, Lou Bonsey(Spearcrafter's), and a bunch of small area distributors(A-Plus Marine in my area). Take your pick.IMHO Spearcrafter's makes a fine flopper shaft at a very reasonable price.

Re: 5/16 flopper shaft
Call Greg or Vanessa at the Freedive Shop and they can get you anything you need.
http://www.freediveshop.com/ Since you're in Fla., Ray might be the way to go....
