it sure is good to read! It's nice to know some realize the need to stop the insanity! Afterall, shite like education and healthcare cuts should be addressed long before introducing new mandates that cost a million percent more than what was originally projected.

Thank you for sharing Terry. The MLPA is upon us here on the North Coast and it is going to be very interesting to see how they address the process now with the State's financial situation.
Do you find it interesting that the MLMA, Marine Life MANAGEMENT Act, mandated in 1998 (the year before the MLPA) is not being implemented?

Saying no to MLPA was definitely not the point of the letter, but a nice consequence. It is interesting to see how these issues intertwine. Thanks for posting.
