Palm Beach Open on Shark Tales

We had one of the toughest times yet finding fish for the touney. We went north with high hopes but found cold cold water instead. We still had a great time being on the water and boated some fish but not enough to place. Congrats of all who participated and did so well. Hopefully Key Largo will be more productive for us.

Nice work John and crew. It was definitely a challenging day. Great video too. Was the big gag the one you shot way up in the wreck?

Rob.... yes, that gag weighed 43 lb ungutted. Nice fish for sure... I just need a bunch more to stay the running.

Hey Bones.... still at it just been very busy at the shop. It is cutting into my dive time that for sure but I am enjoying it. Once fall gets here I can get out more often.

That penetration shot on the grouper was pretty amzing.
Did you count on it being that deep inside?
Have you found them inside the wrecks before?

Great catch!
